Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and build a cohesive team
• Maintain adequate staffing and scheduling
• Address customer concerns and monitor feedback
• Coordinate store upkeep and compliance
• Perform inspections and train Assistant Managers
• Complete sales spreadsheets and track discounts
• Communicate with Finance and perform change exchange orders
• Contribute to pricing policies and maintain vendor relations
• Create and maintain product profiles and menus

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in the industry and previous management experience
• Colorado-specific compliance knowledge and METRC experience
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
