Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create a customer-friendly environment by greeting and welcoming customers and vendors
• Assist in de-escalating situations in which customers are unhappy
• Grant and/or deny access to the facility by checking IDs
• Provide safety escort of employees and customers to and from their vehicles as needed
• Observe and report any suspicious or unlawful activities to Management and/or onsite Security
• Check in delivery vendors and provide direction for delivery
• Ensure all visitors to the store are signed into the visitor log as required by the State Regulatory Compliance

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Work a part-time schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without assistance
• Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shift
