Job Description

As a Delivery Associate at Curaleaf, you will be a key part of the team, ensuring timely and secure product deliveries while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering top-notch service and educating guests about products. When deliveries are not scheduled, you will assist guests on the sales floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Perform routine checks on company delivery vehicles, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained
Accurately document deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and compliance-related records in the designated system
Utilize mapping software and navigation tools to optimize delivery routes
Provide excellent customer service to foster customer satisfaction and retention
Assist in-store guests with product selection and purchases as needed
Maintain compliance with state regulations, including accurate patient dispensation record-keeping

Requirements

Tech-savvy with experience using navigation and delivery software
25+ years of age (for insurance requirements)
1+ years of experience in retail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
