Job Description

Dutchie is a comprehensive technology platform powering dispensary operations, while providing consumers with safe and easy access to cannabis. The company is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Front-End to be a technical thought leader, project lead, and hands-on developer. The Ecomm Platform team at Dutchie is focused on the foundation that customer experiences are built on, and the team owns, maintains, and improves the whole suite. The company is looking for someone with 8+ years of development experience, leadership skills, and experience building user experiences within complex products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop mission-critical consumer flows for new features, as well as experimenting on old ones
Partner with product and design to scope and plan work appropriately
Mentor other engineers to unlock their potential, helping them grow their skills to meet the evolving needs of Dutchie’s customers

Requirements

8+ years of development experience required
Leadership skills, including experience successfully mentoring others
Good communication skills, including cross-functional communication, both in writing and in person
Experience building user experiences within complex products
Strong fundamentals
