We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Eastlake, OH. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1-3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
