Sr. Systems Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts, architects, and developers to translate functional requirements into detailed system specifications
• Lead the design and documentation of application integrations, APIs, and data flows across cloud and on-premise systems
• Perform system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives and change requests
• Develop and maintain system requirement specifications, technical diagrams, and interface definitions
• Support architecture teams in ensuring solutions follow cloud best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security
• Oversee testing strategies to validate system behavior against requirements
• Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including at least 3+ years in cloud environments
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms and SaaS applications
• Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns and data modeling
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and regulated or enterprise-scale environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
