Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst with deep experience in cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise applications. This role is responsible for analyzing complex business and technical requirements, designing scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business analysts, architects, and developers to translate functional requirements into detailed system specifications
Lead the design and documentation of application integrations, APIs, and data flows across cloud and on-premise systems
Perform system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives and change requests
Develop and maintain system requirement specifications, technical diagrams, and interface definitions
Support architecture teams in ensuring solutions follow cloud best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security
Oversee testing strategies to validate system behavior against requirements
Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes
Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including at least 3+ years in cloud environments
Strong expertise with cloud platforms and SaaS applications
Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns and data modeling
Familiarity with DevOps practices and regulated or enterprise-scale environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
