Sr Manager, Training & Development

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and manage a dedicated Training & Development team
• Design and own the enterprise learning and development strategy
• Establish and govern the centralized learning ecosystem
• Translate executive and functional strategies into role-based learning pathways
• Serve as the primary learning advisor to the VP, People & Culture and CEO
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of a scalable Learning Management System
• Build and oversee comprehensive, role-specific curricula for frontline employees, leads, supervisors, managers, and senior leaders
• Design and launch structured leadership development and immersion experiences
• Establish clear measurement frameworks to assess learning effectiveness, skill adoption, and impact on business performance

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive learning ecosystems
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation methods
• Ability to translate business strategy, cultural intent, and workforce priorities into structured learning experiences
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
