Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to sales team members
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
• Manage and build relationships with key accounts
• Lead, manage, and hire a world-class sales team in Arizona
• Set aggressive monthly and weekly targets with every member of the team
• Maintain regional staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees
• Plan, monitor, and appraise job results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience, with 3+ years of proven success at a management level
• Experience in managing a sales team in a fast-paced, high activity/volume outbound selling environment
• Comfortable leveraging data to support effective sales behavior
• Motivated by success and able to motivate team members
• Adept at setting and driving strategic initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in budgeting, pricing, and inventory management
