Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the application development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering management, with deep expertise in Azure, Dynamics 365, and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps. This is a full-time, remote position that requires the candidate to be based in the USA in EST or CST.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of software engineers
Oversee Azure and Dynamics 365 development, including customization, configuration, and deployment
Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and streamline integrations with iPaaS tools
Build and implement custom solutions using the Power Platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions
Uphold engineering best practices, maintain high standards for code quality and system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and stay current with evolving technologies

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong background in software engineering management, with deep expertise in Azure, Dynamics 365, and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps
Ability to write clean, efficient code in languages like X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
Strategic leader and problem-solver with a track record of building and supporting high-performing technical teams
Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
