Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Curaleaf’s global network, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise collaboration platforms
• Ensure operational resilience, scalability, and security
• Mentor offshore Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams
• Optimize Curaleaf’s network architecture and enterprise platforms across global operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of infrastructure/network management experience
• 5+ years of managing distributed or outsourced IT teams
• Strong expertise in CISCO networking (CCNP/CCIE, preferred), SD-WAN, Microsoft O365, VPN/Firewalls
