Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead and manage a wide variety of IT projects from conceptual design through implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects supporting digital and organizational transformation programs and operating in a highly regulated, multi-state environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive key components of the organization's digital transformation program
  • Lead multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
  • Apply appropriate methodologies based on project requirements
  • Facilitate key project meetings and steering committee updates
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise executive and steering committee reporting
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables
  • Resolve team impediments and collaborate with other Project Managers/Scrum Masters
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Mentor junior project managers and provide team leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years IT project management experience with large, distributed teams
  • PMI-PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications
  • Expert knowledge of project methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience leading projects within digital transformation initiatives or significant organizational change programs
  • Experience with Azure DevOps suite or equivalent tool set
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow SPM / CWM, MS Project, MS Project Web App and Office 365 suite
  • Proficient understanding of SDLC with focus on agility, quality, and security
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, SOWs, and third-party delivery teams
