Sr HR Business Partner - Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Guide performance conversations, coach managers, and navigate employee relations
• Drive engagement initiatives, support change management efforts, and ensure policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly
• Use data and insight to help leaders make informed decisions that improve culture, strengthen team performance, and create a safe, positive workplace
• Build trust with teams and serve as a day-to-day partner to both employees and leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments
• Proven success influencing and partnering with mid-level leaders and hourly workforce to drive engagement, performance, and retention
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment
• Ability to use data, trends, and workforce metrics to guide decisions and present insights to leadership
