Job Description

Terrapin is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee the lockup and prepare products for sale in stores, ensuring quality and compliance with Terrapin Care Station's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect products for quality and compliance before entry into MJ Freeway and transfer to stores
Pull products manifested for retail locations daily
Notify Security when shipment is ready for counting
Assist the delivery driver while loading the transfer vehicle
Log and create packages in MJ Freeway and spreadsheets as needed
Maintain accurate counts of prepared product, back-stock, and inventory
Assist Packaging Manager in maintaining inventory of packaging supplies and equipment

Requirements

Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire
Current State Mandated Badge or Background Check
Strong competency working with digital spreadsheets (Excel, Google sheets)
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
