Shift Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support the retail team through active floor leadership
• Oversee transactions and compliance procedures
• Coach team members and maintain store standards
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
• Open and close the store as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a retail, hospitality, or cannabis environment
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be over 21 years of age and able to work in the United States
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
