Shift Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for staff and customer questions
• Oversee onboarding for new retail associates
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers, vendors, and staff
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness
• Ensure strict controls to protect organizational assets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be over 21 years old and able to work in the US
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions
