Senior Trim Technician - 2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product
• Trim flower by hand and/or using trimming, sorting and packaging equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch, in addition to usable by-products
• Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math
• Train new hires/transfer on standard SOP’s and work instructions in area
• Work with inventory management software systems

Requirements

• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
