Senior Operations Manager, Infrastructure

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own Infrastructure tooling, dashboards, trackers, templates, and systems of record to enable consistent execution and reporting
• Establish and enforce operating cadences to drive accountability and follow-through
• Translate Infrastructure priorities into execution-ready plans with clear scope, timelines, ownership, and measurable success criteria
• Define, maintain, and evolve Infrastructure performance metrics that measure execution progress, operational readiness, and financial performance
• Partner with Infrastructure leadership and pillar owners to monitor spend against budgets and forecasts

Requirements

• Strong focus on metrics, reporting, and financial insight
• Ability to build systems, work with data, and engage directly in project execution
• Strong understanding of operational and financial data analysis
• Experience in drafting cost analysis memos and business cases
