Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations framework across all customer-facing teams
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing RevOps team
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps
• Translate revenue strategy into scalable processes, workflows, and operating rhythms
• Lead and ensure accuracy of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Analyze funnel conversion, deal velocity, retention, and expansion metrics to improve revenue outcomes
• Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation to improve efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and RevOps tooling
• Proven experience owning forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with marketing automation, customer success platforms, and BI tools
