Senior Manager of Extraction Lab

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily extraction operations, including scheduling and workflow management
• Manage and train a team of extraction technicians to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for extraction processes
• Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry or biology
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in cannabis extraction
• Strong knowledge of extraction methods and equipment, including solvent-based and solventless systems
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
