Senior Manager, Extraction Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily extraction operations, including supervising extraction technicians and coordinating production schedules
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and GMP standards
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Develop and implement training programs for extraction technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or biology
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of extraction methods and equipment, including solvent-based and solventless extraction
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality control
