Senior Director, Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L performance for the facilities
• Improve efficiency of operations by driving key KPIs
• Lead operational management teams, including site directors
• Partner with corporate counterparts in Quality, Security, Safety, HR, and Compliance
• Evaluate and implement new strategies to improve efficiencies
• Manage the overall welfare of the team through training, coaching, and leading by example
• Address company policy violations and administer disciplinary action

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
• 8+ years in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations
• Project management experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing unionized facilities, a plus
• Demonstrated experience in a warehouse setting, production line environment, GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO preferred
