Senior Delivery Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to streamline delivery operations
• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed company goals and initiatives
• Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve delivery operations
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with all managers, staff, and cross-functional teams
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase delivery volume and improve service quality
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and safety assurance protocols
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the delivery team
• Inspire, mentor, and lead the delivery ops team to achieve operational excellence
• Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
• Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings
• Report on operational efficiency and quality standards
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training

Requirements

• B.S/B.A in Business Administration or similar field preferred
• 5+ years of proven experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced operations management role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Ability to react well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and be flexible/adaptable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Skilled in evaluating and revising operations and procedures in response to organizational change and goals
• Strong skills in financial management, budget development, and oversight
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities
• Proactive and attentive to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Skilled in basic technology (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite programs)
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
