Key Responsibilities

• Conception and design of integrated campaigns
• Managing the creative process
• Ensuring all work is strategically and creatively on point
• Working independently and with a writer counterpart to concept and execute best in class creative campaigns and design work
• Creating compelling presentation documents
• Maintaining organized files and archiving habits
• Inspiring others with reference material
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines
• Managing two direct reports with the support of the Creative Director

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years working as an Art Director for an agency or in-house creative position
• Online portfolio that demonstrates high design standards and a refined aesthetic
• Years of experience working in conceptual development of retail programming
• Regulated industry experience is preferred
• Leadership experience where delegation was necessary to succeed
• Advanced in the Adobe Creative suite
• Experienced in designing packaging
• Understanding of brand and retail marketing nuances
• Experience in Figma and other common tools of the trade
