Security & Transportation Associate (Full Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility cameras, alarm system, and daily operations
• Monitor door access for vendors and visitors and escort throughout the facility
• Conduct inspections of the property and premises on a regular basis
• Respond to incidents, whether emergency or other, to maintain safety and security
• Initiate notification of incidents to appropriate management and escalates to external response teams when necessary
• Document incidents using standard incident report forms
• Load delivery van and perform compliant transportation of product to vendors
• Follow prescribed delivery routes and report any deviation from the planned route and any vehicle stops outside the scope of delivery
• Support inter-facility deliveries and transfers
• Complete required security/transportation documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous work experience in law enforcement or security preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background check in accordance with state regulations
