Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Verify packaged orders against transportation manifest and pack the orders into transportation vessels for delivery
• Transport product to dispensaries according to manifest and SOPs while operating within compliance of security SOPs and all state laws, rules, and regulations
• Conduct exterior patrols on foot and/or in a vehicle
• Monitor Video Surveillance System for suspicious/illegal/noncompliant activity and for various operation functions
• Monitor the Engineered Access Control system and follow protocol for access to the facility and controlled areas within the facility
• Maintain visitor and employee logs
• Report writing post event, for operational information, and departmental documentation
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency responders
• Administer CPR and First Aid measures until local EMS arrives if needed
• Weather monitoring and emergency response
• Monitor and report violations of overall safety and security procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement 21
• High School diploma or GED required, some college education preferred
• Successfully pass a complete drug screen prior to employment and random drug screens after employment start date
• Ability to attain PERC in Illinois
• Ideal candidate will possess a FOID card as well as Firearms 20 Hour Training Certificate
• Ability to successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
• Ability to obtain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card from the IL Department of Agriculture
• Current Driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time without a break
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to fluently read and write the English language
• Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft’s Office Suite
