Security Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel
• Conduct routine security inspections
• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents
• Work with law enforcement and regulatory agencies
• Maintain security logs and compliance records
• Train and develop security team members
• Create and maintain security schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Develop and implement emergency response plans
• Collaborate with other departments to identify security vulnerabilities

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maintain a stationary sitting or standing position for up to eight hours a day
• Hand dexterity and ability to visually verify correct information
• Strong leadership and communication skills
