Security Officer - Per Diem

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the facility and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
• Monitor surveillance equipment and detect tampering or malfunctions
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of security systems
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of individuals
• Investigate and report irregular activity
• Respond promptly to alarms and support emergency response efforts

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 or more pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain neutral and professional at all times
