Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling the facility and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
• Monitoring surveillance equipment and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Conducting routine checks and maintenance of security systems
• Monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of individuals
• Investigating and reporting irregular activity
• Collaborating with local leadership and Human Resources
• Completing and submitting detailed incident reports
• Transporting deliveries to authorized dispensary organizations and patients
• Operating vehicles in compliance with state and local guidelines
• Maintaining a courteous and professional environment
• Supporting emergency response efforts

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to remain neutral and professional at all times
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and securely
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Security experience preferred
