Security Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train security personnel
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intrusion detection
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
• Implement corrective actions
• Partner with compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Perform perimeter tours and facility walkthroughs
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Respond to and investigate security breaches

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or loss prevention
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflict situations effectively
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, law enforcement procedures, or military training
• Knowledge of CCC, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Background in conflict management and crisis response
