Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily surveillance and routine patrols
• Perform random and scheduled site inspections
• Assist in investigations regarding suspected theft or diversion
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC)
• Maintain a safe and secure environment across all sites

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred
• Security experience preferred, but not required
