Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining all aspects of dispensary operations in strict compliance with Department of Health, municipal and state legal regulations
• Executing opening and closing procedures, including cash accounting procedures and reporting
• Ensuring dispensary operations are prepared for service and patients
• Overseeing the sales floor to ensure a positive patient experience
• Identifying and addressing employee issues on a timely basis
• Providing product knowledge training to the team
• Onboarding and training new hires
• Managing online orders and curbside reservations
• Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience
• Ability to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Ability to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Customer-obsessed and dedicated to creating a remarkable experience for internal and external customers
• Results-oriented and able to learn quickly when facing new problems
