Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining all aspects of dispensary operations in strict compliance with Department of Health, municipal and state legal regulations
• Executing all Opening/ Closing Procedures, including cash accounting procedures and reporting for end of day
• Overseeing the sales floor to ensure a positive patient experience
• Identifying and addressing employee issues on a timely basis
• Informing and educating the team on the PA Medical Marijuana program, fundamentals of cannabis, and the entire menu of products
• Onboarding and training new hires in accordance with company standards
• Managing online orders and curbside reservations
• Maintaining store presentation in terms of visual assets and cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment
• Ability to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Ability to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
