Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service, selling Fluent products, and delivering a customer experience unlike any other.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales over a given continuum
Assess customer health conditions and needs, and match them with the right products
Conduct inventory count and sales reports
Record customer interactions and follow up on issues
Maintain knowledge of the product guide and understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

Previous experience with customer service and sales
High School diploma or GED
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
