Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals in a dispensary setting, delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals
Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum
Assess customer’s health conditions and needs using available resources efficiently
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor
Conduct inventory count and sales reports
Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken

Requirements

Previous experience with customer service desired
Sales experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
One+ years sales experience
