Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals
• Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum
• Assess customer health conditions and needs, and match with the right products
• Conduct inventory count and sales reports
• Record customer interactions and follow up on issues
• Maintain knowledge of product guide and benefits of Medical Cannabis

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience desired
• Sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Associate degree or higher
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
