Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals
• Increase dispensary, team and personal sales
• Deliver great customer experiences
• Use available resources efficiently to assess customer needs
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Assist on deliveries as a Health Educator
• Conduct inventory count and sales reports
• Record customer interactions and actions taken
• Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research
• Maintain knowledge of the product guide and Medical Cannabis benefits

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience desired
• Sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multitask and work on several requests simultaneously
• Organization and initiative, good communications skills, proactive, problem-solving, time management, discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to build good relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and integrate a proactive approach to assignments
• Sales skills
• At least 21 years of age
• Successfully complete a comprehensive background check
