Job Description

FLUENT Inc is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals in a medical cannabis dispensary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals
Increase dispensary, team, and personal sales
Deliver excellent customer experiences
Assess customer health conditions and needs
Conduct inventory counts and sales reports
Record customer interactions and follow up on issues

Requirements

Previous customer service experience desired
Sales experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
High School diploma or GED
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
