Job Description

TerrAscend is seeking a Sales and Service Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end wholesale order workflow for the Northeast region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution across multiple internal systems. The ideal candidate will have strong operational judgement and a deep understanding of wholesale workflows, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the wholesale order workflow across multiple internal systems
  • Receive and process orders, validating completeness, SKU accuracy, and alignment with current inventory
  • Use the DMT utility to identify duplicates, SKU conflicts, and inventory discrepancies
  • Upload validated orders into Epicor and monitor downstream synchronization into Wherefour
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain checks and balances throughout the order lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies
  • Build and maintain menus for customers and TSMs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, equivalent experience in operations, supply chain, or sales support considered
  • Proven experience in order operations, sales operations, or a similar accuracy-critical administrative function
  • Strong understanding of multi-system workflows and the ability to manage data across platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with structured templates, data validation, and accuracy checks
  • Experience enforcing operational rules such as FIFO, account holds, and inventory visibility standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams
