Route Delivery Driver

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicle in a courteous and safe manner
• Pull, pack, load, unload, and deliver medications, supplies, and basic equipment
• Verify product loaded in each vehicle matches daily delivery route
• Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner
• Collect and log payments
• Maintain vehicle and report any malfunctions
• Keep vehicle neat and clean
• Report any suspicious observations regarding patients and/or medication

Requirements

• At least 5 years of driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Experience with inventory control methods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong knowledge of Florida roads and highways
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years delivery driving experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
• Pass a drug screening
