Retail Team Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist patients and guests with cannabis recommendations
• Lead cash handling efforts
• Support Manager with training of Agents
• Conduct POS audits
• Retrieve merchandise and product from back-of-house to the registers
• Assist with returns, walk-in change orders, and cash drops
• Assist with monitoring shift times and breaks for employees
• Coordinate with Management to manage flow of daily ops
• Organize the vault to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance
• Assess inventory levels and accuracy of product on a daily basis
• Fulfill orders in the vault
• Operate inventory management software
• Input data into POS system
• Answer inquiries and complaints of customers
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliant deliveries

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma
• Retail experience is highly preferred
• Prior experience working in a fast paced, customer focused retail environment is advantageous
• Bilingual or proficiency in Spanish is beneficial
• Flexibility regarding work schedule
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including scheduled opening and closing shifts, is required
• Knowledge about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is preferred
• Cannabis market experience is valuable but not required
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions
