Retail Store Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures
• Facilitate training and onboarding of team members
• Respond to employee questions and concerns
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback for performance concerns
• Direct the workflow of the team
• Ensure team accountability to compliance with company policies and state laws
• Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to complex product questions
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the POS system
• Verify inventory counts and cash deposit totals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
