Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities
• Foster a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
• Monitor and optimize store processes
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store employees
• Manage labor costs and create weekly schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• Lead by example to promote company culture and values
• Communicate with team members and departments
• Manage retail store KPIs
• Meet and exceed store sales goals
• Coach and motivate team members
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory and cash handling
• Support marketing and promotions

Requirements

• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills
• Computer and information technology skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
