Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations
• Build and maintain a positive team culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store employees
• Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments
• Maintain understanding of CRA compliance regulations
• Manage key retail KPIs
• Achieve and exceed store sales goals
• Coach team members to excel in sales and service
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee receiving, inventory management, and stock accuracy
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily deposits
• Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and group communication abilities
• Solid computer and technology skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a criminal background check
