Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers in accordance with the company's mission, goals, and objectives
• Display extensive retail product knowledge to provide customers assistance in making educated purchasing decisions
• Maintain a secure entrance and exit from the licensed establishment
• Perform routine checks on electronic security systems
• Maintain accurate product counts for each individual customer transaction
• Ensure the protection of medical patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Report customer issues to supervisory staff and assist in their resolution

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
• Ability to communicate clearly whether verbally or in writing
• Basic understanding of compliance software and job specific information technology
• Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Capacity to work autonomously to achieve daily directives and department goals
• Proficiency in Windows based software and point of sale applications
