Retail Security Supervisor - Eastern - PT

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure and controlled entrance and exit for the licensed retail establishment
• Serve as the primary reception point for customers, patients, and visitors
• Conduct customer intake procedures by verifying age through scanning valid identification
• Issue, document, and manage visitor badges and ensure visitors are properly escorted
• Enforce facility access rules, including denying entry or requesting individuals leave the premises
• Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment to identify suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, injuries, accidents, security incidents, and emergency situations
• Lead initial response to workplace injuries, including providing First Aid and AED support
• Initiate, document, and maintain accurate incident reports, witness statements, and security records
• Coordinate with emergency services or law enforcement when escalation is required
• Protect company assets from theft, diversion, assault, fire, and other safety or security risks

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, patients, and visitors
• Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Situational awareness and sound judgment in identifying and responding to security risks
• Customer and patient service excellence demonstrated through professional interactions
• Incident response and emergency preparedness, including timely and appropriate escalation
• Regulatory and compliance awareness with consistent adherence to security protocols
• Professional communication and documentation accuracy, including complete and timely incident reports
