Job Description

Retail Sales Associate position at Good Chemistry, a leading provider of cannabis products, to provide excellent customer experience and advise on products

Key Responsibilities

Provide best patient/customer experience
Welcome and greet customers
Build rapport with patients/customers
Enter patients/customers into Virtual Gateway and Dutchie Point of Sale systems
Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
Educate patients/customers on products and company message
Make recommendations based on experience with products
Maintain appearance of store
Maintain compliance and follow company procedures

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Pass CORI background check
Experience with POS systems
Customer service or sales experience
Basic knowledge of cannabis weights, industry products, strain classifications, genetics, and compliance
