Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience
• Build customer relationships and educate customers on cannabis products
• Assist customers with product selection and apply effective selling techniques
• Verify customer documentation and ID
• Assist with order fulfillment and packaging
• Perform cash handling and maintain accurate records
• Maintain inventory and ensure product stock is organized and compliant
• Assist with store maintenance and organization
• Escalate employee or customer issues to management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail or hospitality preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
• Ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
