Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs
• Work closely with the team to ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders
• Consistently meet daily sales goals by upselling and using product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers and team members
• Strong multitasking abilities and agility to shift priorities as needed
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools
