Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the team to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support inventory tasks and stay on top of promotions and product updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and strong multitasking abilities
